We’re here to understand your field and identify any additional training needs. While we’re confident in securing your position, it’s crucial for you to grasp the basics of the role. Remember, companies often provide training to bring everyone up to speed.

Once we have the necessary information, we’ll tailor your CV to highlight your strategic employments. You’ll experience a simulated 1-3 years of hands-on work, complete with company names, employment dates, job specifications, and referee details. This refined CV is your key to applying for roles.

Armed with your enhanced CV, you’re ready to apply for roles in your field. Typically, within 20 days, you’ll land your first job. During this time, expect several calls, progressing into interviews. Successful interviews lead to conditional offers pending referencing.

As your potential employer requests a reference, it’s time to make your one-time payment. Once received, we’ll email you a copy of the reference, and you’ll be BCC’d when it’s sent to your potential employer. This final step solidifies your success and officially launches your career journey.
